14-Day Clothing Returns

We want you to feel good about your purchase. Eligible clothing items may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery.

Return eligibility

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned in their original condition with tags attached. Proof of purchase is required.

Please contact us before sending anything back. Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Items sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Non-returnable items

• Digital downloads and printable products
• Final-sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Personal care or beauty products that have been opened or used

Digital products are delivered electronically and are final sale because they cannot be physically returned. If you have trouble accessing a file or receive the wrong file, please contact us so we can help. This does not limit any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photos so we can make it right.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

After an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund.
